A comprehensive report on the policy and financial challenges in the on-going quest for energy security
The research will elaborate on the policy considerations and checklist prerequisites for ensuring energy security. Particular attention will be paid to the relevant provisions of the Energy Charter Treaty and the 5 regulations of the European Union on the subject. The element of energy efficiency will also be evaluated in the present context both as a tool and as working policy for the effectiveness of a quest dear to the essential interests of the State.
