Matina Papadaki is a PhD candidate in the Faculty of Law of the Kapodistrian University of Athens and a researcher of international law in the Academy of Athens. She holds an LL.M(i) from the University of Cambridge, UK, and a B.A(hons) on International and European Studies, international law major, from Panteion University, Greece. Her research interests include general public international law, dispute settlement, energy and law of the sea.
